Approvals
The campaign approval queue: the Pendentes tab with one card per campaign, the Aprovar and Rejeitar actions, and the link to the human approval option.

The Aprovações (approvals) screen gathers the push and newsletter campaigns that were saved with the human approval option. There is no general approval criterion: each campaign defines, in its execution block, whether it sends automatically or requires approval. The screen subtitle is "Fila de aprovação de campanhas" (campaign approval queue), and the tabs are Pendentes (pending), with a counter, and Histórico (history).
The Aprovações sidebar item shows the same counter, with the number of pending campaigns.
The card
Each pending campaign appears as a card with the channel icon, the module label, such as Newsletter, the campaign name, the Agendado para (scheduled for) indication with date and time, and the Rejeitar (reject) and Aprovar (approve) actions.
Effect on the history
While the campaign is in the queue, the corresponding issue appears in Histórico de envios (send history) with the Pendente de aprovação (pending approval) status and the recipient and sent counts at zero. This state does not indicate a failure.
