Smart Push

Smart Push is the push notification module for browser and phone. It has three tabs: Envio manual (manual send), for a one-off notification; Campanhas automáticas (automated campaigns), for rules that send without intervention; and Histórico de envios (send history), to check what went out. The screen subtitle is "Crie, agende e acompanhe envios por push, manuais ou automáticos, em um só lugar." (create, schedule, and follow push sends, manual or automated, in one place).

The sidebar and the page title both read Smart Push. Two other screens use a different name for the same module: Notificações push (push notifications) in Access levels, and Web Push Notifications in Installation and tag.

Metrics

The four cards at the top, filtered by the Data (date) selector, with the Mês atual (current month) default, are Inscritos (opt-in) (subscribers, opt-in), Envios (sends), CTR médio (average CTR), and Entregabilidade (deliverability).

The path to the first notification

1. In Administration, Instalação & Tag (installation and tag) tab, turn on the Web Push Notifications module. It installs the service worker that registers subscriptions.
2. The reader agrees to receive notifications on the site. Each opt-in counts in Inscritos (opt-in).
3. In the Envio manual tab, select the Domínio de envio (sending domain). The field is required, and the Enviar imediatamente (send now) button stays disabled while it is empty.
4. Fill in the notification, or use the article search to fill in the title, URL, and image.
5. Select Enviar imediatamente or turn on Programar envio (schedule send).
6. Check the result in Histórico de envios, in the Enviados (sent) and CTR columns.

An automated campaign saved with the Requer aprovação humana (requires human approval) option does not send when saved: it enters the Approvals queue.
