Data use
Who owns the data collected by the tag, how PageSignal uses it, where the official policies are, and what the dashboard shows about access and credentials.
Updated on
The data collected on the site belongs to the site. PageSignal uses it to deliver the contracted service: measurement, editorial suggestions, and sends. The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use are on the Legal documents page of the website, and this documentation does not reproduce them.
Access and password
Users belong to the organization, not to a specific site: the list in Administration, Usuários (users) tab, has no site column, and the selected site is chosen in the footer selector. The permissions are the five described in Access levels. In Configurações gerais (general settings), the Forçar redefinição de senha a cada 90 dias (force a password reset every 90 days) checkbox sets the password policy, and the Permitir acesso via API pública (com chave) (allow access through the public API, with a key) checkbox turns on API key access.
Credentials on the screens
Three values shown in the dashboard work as credentials: the tag's data-tenant-id, the capture script's listId, and the TV link token. None of them should be included in support tickets, screenshots, or messages. The list is in Identifiers.
