What to check on your first login: the selected site, the Realtime metrics, the date range of each screen, and the tabs that affect the data.

Prerequisite: A user created by an account administrator in Administration, Users tab.
This walkthrough covers the first login of anyone who will use the dashboard day to day. It starts with the site selector, because a number read on the wrong site leads to a wrong decision, and the selector sits in the least visible corner of the screen.
Check the selected site
In the sidebar footer, the upper selector shows the selected site, with a square avatar and the initial of its name. If your operation has more than one site, select the one you want in that selector.
Every screen then shows the data of the chosen site.
Open Realtime and identify the four metrics
In the sidebar, select Tempo real (realtime). The four cards at the top are Leitores online (readers online), Tempo médio (average time), Matérias do dia (articles of the day), and Recirculação (recirculation), each with a colored ring on the right.
You know the screen for following the day and the dotted line on the chart, which shows the expected value for each hour.
Set the date range on each screen
There is no global date range. Each screen has its own selector and its own default, listed in the table below.
You avoid comparing a 24-hour screen with a 7-day one.
Open Administration
In the user menu, select Administração (administration). The Usuários (users) and Instalação & Tag (installation and tag) tabs show who has access and which tag modules are on.

Login and switching sites
You switch sites in the footer selector, and the change applies to every screen at once. The login and password recovery screens are not described in this documentation.
