Dashboard areas
The sidebar has three groups: Analysis, Content, and Activation. Administration is in the user menu. Where each screen is and what each module is called.
Updated on
The dashboard organizes the screens used every day into three groups in the sidebar. Settings live in a separate area, Administration, opened from the user menu in the sidebar footer.
| Group | Items | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Análise (analysis) | Tempo real (realtime), Audiência (audience), and Explorar (explore) | Follow what is happening now and what happened over the period |
| Conteúdo (content) | Pulse, Performance editorial (editorial performance), and Tendências (trends) | Decide what to do with an article, a desk, or a subject |
| Ativação (activation) | Smart Push, Smart Newsletter, Alertas (alerts), and Aprovações (approvals) | Send, alert, and approve |
The Aprovações item shows a counter with the number of pending campaigns. The active item gets a light-blue background and a chevron on the right. The « button collapses the sidebar.
The sidebar footer
The footer has two selectors. The first, with a square avatar and the site's initial, switches the selected site: every screen then shows the data of the chosen site. The second, with a round avatar and your name, opens the user menu, with the options Administração (administration), Meu perfil (my profile), and Sair (sign out).
Administration has seven tabs: Usuários (users), Níveis de acesso (access levels), Gestão de núcleos (desk management), Instalação & Tag (installation and tag), Faturamento (billing), Integrações (integrations), and Configurações gerais (general settings). Each one is described in the Administration section of this documentation.
The screen header
Each screen has a title, a subtitle line, and, where applicable, a date range selector in the right corner. The date range is set per screen, each with its own default. The list of defaults is in Getting started.
Module names
The sidebar and the page title use the same name. Some screens use another one, and the table collects those differences.
| In this documentation | Where the dashboard uses another name |
|---|---|
| Smart Push | Notificações push (push notifications) in Access levels; Web Push Notifications in Installation and tag |
| Smart Newsletter | Newsletter in Access levels |
| Pulse | Pulse AI Auto-Tagging in Installation and tag |
| TV Mode | television icon in the Realtime ranking; PageSignal Live in the screen header; TV Mode dialog |
Two labels use European Portuguese spelling: Recirculação por secção editorial (recirculation by editorial section), in Audience, and Secções editoriais (editorial sections), in Explore. This documentation reproduces the spelling on the screen to make searching easier.
