- Allowed domains

Field in Configurações gerais (general settings) with the domains authorized to send data through the tag and the capture script. Traffic from a domain outside the list is discarded.
- Analytics

Base module of the contract. In the dashboard, it corresponds to the Tempo real (realtime), Audiência (audience), Explorar (explore), and Performance editorial (editorial performance) screens; the word does not appear on any screen.
- Anti-duplication
-
Toggle in the Restrições (restrictions) block of the push campaign that prevents the same article from being resent, for the period set in the selector next to it. It acts on the article, not on the reader.
- Average efficiency

Audience generated divided by output, that is, pageviews per article. It is the Eficiência média metric in Editorial performance.
- Baseline
-
Dashed line in the Sinal detectado (detected signal) chart, in the Pulse dialog. The distance between the curve and the baseline is the strength of the signal.
- Comparison curve

Dotted line in the Realtime day chart. It shows the expected value for each hour, including the hours that have not happened yet.
- data-tenant-id
-
Tag attribute that identifies the account. It works as a credential and must not be included in support tickets or screenshots. In the examples, it appears as
ACCOUNT_ID. - Desk

Grouping above the section, defined by the operation and assigned to the author in Desk management. It has a name and a color, and can represent a newsroom department, a regional bureau, or a team.
- Detected author
-
Name read from the article bylines and listed in the Autores detectados (detected authors) card, in Desk management. It is not a registry: the list includes job titles, agencies, and bylines with more than one name.
- DNS

Column in the Perfis de envio (sending profiles) card with two states: Verificado (verified) and Pendente (pending). A pending profile appears in the list but does not deliver.
- GAP
-
Trends filter that selects topics by coverage status: Coberto (covered), Parcial (partial), Oportunidade (opportunity), or Sem cobertura (no coverage).
- Human approval
-
Campaign execution option, Requer aprovação humana (requires human approval), that sends the campaign to the Approvals queue instead of sending it when saved.
- Insight

Billing unit of the Pulse module on the Pricing page.
- Internal

Traffic source corresponding to links from other pages on the same site. It is the source that makes up recirculation. In TV Mode, it appears translated as Interno.
- listId

Identifier of the contact list inside the capture script. It works as a credential and must not be included in support tickets or screenshots. In the examples, it appears as
LIST_ID. - Média PVS

Column in the Editorial performance tables with the row's average pageviews per article. It appears in green above a cutoff and in gray below it.
- New, Casual, Loyal, and Lover

The four stages of the Perfil dos leitores (reader profile) card, in Realtime: new, occasional, loyal, and devoted reader.
- New, Recent, and Evergreen

The three values of the Tipo de conteúdo (content type) card, in Realtime: new, recent, and evergreen article.
- Pageview

One page view. Unit of Audiência gerada (audience generated) and Total PVS, and the billing unit of Analytics.
- Quality floor

Toggle in the Critério de ranking (ranking criterion) block of the push campaign and in the Filtros de conteúdo (content filters) block of the newsletter campaign.
- Quiet Hours

The Janela de silêncio (Quiet Hours) (silence window) toggle, in the Restrições (restrictions) block of the push campaign, which defines an interval without sends.
- Raw signal

Objective sentence, with a number, shown on the Pulse card and repeated in the dialog.
- Real-time trigger

Push campaign mechanism that fires the instant an event happens. The other mechanism is Curadoria programada (scheduled curation).
- Recirculation
-
Percentage of pageviews that originated from internal links. It appears as a metric in Realtime, as a card in the article details, and per vertical in Audience, where it has the dashboard's only explicit target.
- Revival, Orbit, Bridge, Erosion, and Blueprint

The five Pulse strategies, available as a filter in the queue. Each corresponds to a type of signal: an older article being searched for again, an approaching seasonal event, a reader leaving without a next step, a lost ranking position on Google, and a repeating format.
- Scheduled curation

Push campaign mechanism that, in the screen's words, runs on schedule, ranks the archive, and sends the best article. The other mechanism is Gatilho em tempo real (real-time trigger).
- Section

Editorial division of the site, read from the article itself. It appears as a label in the Realtime ranking, in the Por seção (by section) table of Editorial performance, and in the Secções editoriais (editorial sections) dimension of Explore.
- Sending profile

Set of sender, reply-to address, and domain used in newsletter sends, in the Configurações (settings) tab of Smart Newsletter. It has a DNS column.
- Tag
