Sending profiles and DNS
The Smart Newsletter sending profiles: sender, reply-to, and domain, and the DNS column with Verificado and Pendente. What to do with a pending one.

A sending profile defines the sender, the reply-to address, and the domain used in each newsletter send. Profiles live in the Configurações (settings) tab of Smart Newsletter, in the Perfis de envio (sending profiles) card, whose subtitle is "Cada perfil define um remetente e o domínio usado no envio." (each profile defines a sender and the domain used for sending). The + Novo perfil (new profile) button creates a profile, and each row has edit and delete actions.

Profile with pending DNS
DNS verification depends on records published on the sender domain, outside the dashboard. While the DNS column shows Pendente, the profile appears in the list but does not deliver. It is the prerequisite that most often holds up the first send.
- Identify who administers the DNS of the sender domain. It is usually the infrastructure team or the agency responsible for the site.
- Send that person the records requested by the dashboard.
- Until the profile changes to Verificado, use an already verified profile in the campaign.
